Common questions we get:

1. Is it cheaper to just buy a new pc or to fix my old one?

It depends in each case. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy a new one, but typically we can get your old one to run just as good as the day you got it.

2. Why would I want a custom pc? What is it?

A custom PC is where we figure out what you want. What you use most. Then we build a system around those needs.

3. Custom sounds expensive. Does it cost more than a HP, Toshiba, Dell, etc.?

In most cases, no. However, the major brands sell many different types of PC's. The Dell at Walmart is not there top shelf brand, but their lower end versions (typically). So if you are just wanting a basic machine to email, surf the web, etc., then we can usually match the prices of the bigger brands and build you a more powerful machine for the same price.

4. We are a small business. We have gotten by on the few pc's that we have for a long time. Why would we want to spend more money on this new technology?

This is a tough one for many small business. But the fact is, the faster you employees can work, the more they can get done and the more business you can do. Even if we just add memory to your current computers, productivity can dramatically increase. Especially with today's technology costing less and doing more, now is as good as time as any to upgrade and be more productive!

5. Are we able to add new features to our old network such as IP phones, IP cameras, etc.?

This is a case by case basis, but most likely. And even if you are not able to add what you want to add, we may be able to find you a alternative solution that will work with your current configurations.
